ZKTeco MB360 Multi-Biometric Time Attendance & Access Control Machine

The ZKTeco MB360 is a multi-biometric time attendance terminal designed to help businesses manage employee attendance and basic access control efficiently. It combines facial recognition and fingerprint verification with additional authentication options such as password and card verification, allowing organizations to choose the most suitable method for their staff. Verification is performed in one second or less, helping reduce queues during busy clock-in and clock-out periods.

The MB360 features a 2.8-inch TFT display and a straightforward user interface for registering users, checking attendance information and managing device functions. It can store up to 100,000 attendance records, making it suitable for offices, businesses, schools, institutions and other organizations that need reliable employee time management.

Advanced Biometric Identification

The MB360 supports multiple verification methods, including face recognition, fingerprint recognition, password and card verification. This multi-verification capability gives administrators flexibility when setting up attendance policies. The device supports up to 1,500 facial templates and 2,000 fingerprint templates, while card capacity is up to 2,000 on supported configurations.

Using biometric verification can also reduce the need for manual attendance registers and help organizations maintain more consistent employee attendance records.

Large Attendance Record Capacity

With a capacity of up to 100,000 records, the MB360 can retain substantial attendance information before data needs to be transferred or managed through connected software. This makes it suitable for organizations with many employees and regular daily attendance transactions.

The device also supports functions such as self-service queries, automatic status switching, scheduled bells, SMS and T9 input, depending on the configuration and software environment.

Network and USB Connectivity

The ZKTeco MB360 supports TCP/IP and USB-Host communication, allowing attendance information to be transferred and managed conveniently. Wi-Fi is available as an optional function on applicable versions.

TCP/IP connectivity allows the terminal to be integrated into a local network for centralized attendance management, while USB connectivity can be useful for manual data transfer.

Basic Access Control

In addition to attendance management, the MB360 provides interfaces for basic door access control. It can work with a third-party electric lock, exit button and alarm, allowing it to form part of a basic employee access-control setup.

This makes the MB360 useful for businesses that want to combine employee attendance recording with controlled access to an office or restricted area.

User-Friendly Design

The MB360 has a compact design measuring approximately 167.5 × 148.8 × 32.2 mm and weighs approximately 380 g. Its 2.8-inch TFT screen provides an interface for interacting with the attendance terminal.

The unit operates at temperatures between 0°C and 45°C with operating humidity of 20%–80%, making it suitable for typical indoor office and commercial environments.
